Located at the corner of Lafayette and Broome Streets and within the extended Soho Cast Iron Historic District, this vintage 105,000 sf manufacturing building is being converted into prime showroom and office space. Taking full advantage of the existing, the original materials have been brought back to life and light. All seven floors have high ceilings and offer loft-like spaces with exposed brick walls, cast iron columns, heavy timber beams, and wood ceilings. In contrast to the old, the spaces have new polished concrete floors and glass office partitions. The extensive existing first floor courtyard skylight has been replaced in kind and brings natural light to the showroom spaces below. The building will also offer a spectacular landscaped rooftop for the tenant’s use and special events.

This project is pursuing LEED Certification.
