Carlos Heredia joined the SBJ Group in 2002. As the in-house expediter, he has been our filing representative with the NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Department of Finance, the Landmarks Preservation Commission and other auxiliary city agencies generating applications, obtaining approvals and permits.
