Cheol Yong Kim graduated from Keimyung University in South Korea with a Bachelor of Architecture and from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Architecture.
Prior to joining SBJ Group, Mr. Kim served as designer for Studio TEKA design and OLI Architecture in New York. There he developed conceptualization, design directions, and narratives for competition-winning, high-profile projects and urban design/research project including commercial, office and museum in the United States, China and South Korea. He joined SBJ Group in 2015 as an architectural designer and since then has been working on establishment for construction document, design development and construction of residential project, and his passion for maintaining and executing design intent has led to his focus on detailing on the project with all coordination.
