Mr. Busch joined SBJGroup in 2019 and has since had a role in designing and managing several of the firms commercial, educational and residential development projects. His current projects include a 175 unit residential development under construction in queens, and well as two charter school developments in the Bronx. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in several architecture and interior design practices on Long Island, where he served as project lead for commercial, educational, and healthcare projects.
Mr. Busch is a registered architect in New York and Connecticut, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has a B.Arch from New York Institute of Technology (2017), where his academic thesis work was showcased in Europe.
With an understanding that each project comes with unique goals and challenges, Mr. Busch strives to create efficiencies; while bridging the gap between client expectations and end user requirements.
Mr. Busch resides on Long Island with his wife & daughter.
