The 14 homes range from studios to four-bedroom layouts and are designed around a quiet, material-driven palette: 5-inch white oak plank floors, custom Italian cabinetry, independently zoned HVAC with state-of-the-art energy recovery ventilation units, and a full bathroom for every bedroom. Private outdoor spaces are pre-fitted with lighting, gas, and water hookups to support indoor-outdoor living.

Building amenities include a gated pick-up and drop-off area, a bicycle garage, a multifunction room with communal work space and a children's play room, and a landscaped interior courtyard. Designed to achieve LEED home certification, 868 Lorimer On The Park is a collaboration between Chatham Development Company, Stephen B.
