Located at 10 Nevins Street, in the Downtown Brooklyn Special District, this mixed-use building contains approximately 197,000 gsf of residential floor area with 3,000 gsf of commercial floor area. The exterior of this signature building consists of dark stacked brickwork, a volumetrically clearly defined concrete core and sheer wall, and a three-dimensional wrapping metal band around large windows. The top of the building includes spacious condominiums and an outdoor roof terrace amenity space and barbeque area, all with panoramic views of the city.

Inside, the layouts of the 184 apartments are luxurious and comfortable with a mix of studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments The ground floor consists of a double-height residential lobby, a parking facilities for residents, and two retail spaces fronting Nevins Street. The cellar contains building amenity spaces such as pool, gymnasium, children’s play room, and private event room.

This project contributes to the growing residential high-rise development of Downtown Brooklyn. Situated at the end of Grove Place, currently a dead end, the project connects the urbanistically significant alley with the surrounding built environment. Together, The Brooklyn Grove is an instrumental participant to this burgeoning residential community.
